Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and invited team members.
Content rights
You retain ownership of media you upload. You grant BMGenie the limited permission required to store, process, reproduce and deliver that media for the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process the content.
Acceptable use
You may not use BMGenie to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, bypass usage limits, probe platform security or interfere with other accounts.
Generated results
Image processing can produce imperfect results. You are responsible for reviewing enhanced media before publication and for ensuring that listing imagery complies with applicable advertising, disclosure and real estate rules.
Packages and billing
When paid packages are offered, the price, allowance and renewal terms shown at purchase apply. Usage allowances and refund eligibility are governed by the terms presented during checkout and applicable law.
Availability
We work to keep BMGenie reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve safety, performance or product quality.
