Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate image processing, maintain listing history, support users, secure the platform and improve reliability. Uploaded media is processed to provide the service requested by the account holder.
Service providers
BMGenie relies on infrastructure and technology providers for hosting, private object storage, database services, authentication, email delivery and image processing. They receive only the information required to provide their part of the service.
Storage and retention
Account, listing and media records are retained while needed to provide the workspace and meet operational or legal obligations. You may request account or media deletion by contacting support. Some records may remain in protected backups for a limited period.
Security
BMGenie uses authenticated application access and private media storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so suspected incidents should be reported promptly to support.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Legal rights may vary by location.
